On Ramp Session #40 starts Tuesday, July 12th: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:00AM to 7:00AM for 6 weeks. Our basic On Ramp program is designed for the generally active, injury free individual who wants ultimately to train in one of our ongoing group classes. This 12-hour small group program is an “on-ramp” to the “highway” that is CrossFit. In this class we will expose new members to our movement curriculum in a group format. Classes are limited to 6 athletes per coach. We will emphasize movement techniques, along with a progressive introduction to the intensity levels that are inherent in our group classes.
