New Powerlifting Class

Powerlifting is an individualized sport in which competitors attempt to lift as much weight as possible for one repetition in the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Each lifter is placed into a specific division and classified by several variables including weight class, age group, and experience level.

CFW and Coach Adrian are pleased to announce the addition of a Powerlifting class to our February Schedule. Classes will run on the following days:

Tuesdays at 5:30 PM

Thursdays at 9:30 AM

Saturdays at 12:00 PM
