Back Squat, 1RM
Up to 3 attempts are allowed for each exercise.
Warm-up: Get sweaty, get loose, get started! This is a long one.
The more advanced you are with these movements, the more time you will require to complete the entire workout. This may f-up some class times and stuff, but oh well… Just don’t rush in order to squeeze in all 3 movements… go for quality, not quantity.
One other thing… 1 person lifts heavy at a time for purposes of spotting, coaching and safety. Make sure you have the coach’s attention before you lift.
