5 sets of the following barbell complex:
Romanian deadlift x 5
[Hang clean + front squat + push press] x 5
Reverse Lunge x 5/leg
rest 75 seconds

Bar may not be put down before completion of circuit. Load with a weight that allows you to work fairly constantly without requiring breaks longer than 4-5 seconds.
