Flipping Tires

A. Push Press, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3; rest 2 min between sets
B. Pullup Ladder EMOTM, start at 1 on the first minute, 2 on the second minute and so on until you can no longer complete the prescribed number of reps within the allotted time.

Advanced Class 6AM:
A. 10 min muscle-up technique work with plenty of rest.
B. 5 Sets of 1-5 unbroken strict EROM handstand push-ups @31X1; rest 2 min between sets
C. Pullup Ladder EMOTM, start with one on the first minute, 2 on the second minute and so on until you can no longer complete the prescribed number of reps within the allotted time.
