Tapout grinding out Saturday's wod

A1. Hold a German Hang (bottom of Skin the Cat ) for 30 seconds x 4 sets
A2. Hold a Bridge for 30 seconds x 4 sets
B. Push Ups  – Max REPS in 2 mins. GOAL is 100.
C. Tabata SLS Deck Squats or Tabata Split Squats
D. Toes to Bar from L-Hang – Max REPS. GOAL is 20.
