Athlete #2 does 10 wall ball shots while athlete #1 rests
Athlete #1 does 10 burpees with paralette jump over while athlete #2 rests
Athlete #2 does 10 burpees with paralette jump over while athlete #1 rests

 

Advanced Class 6AM:
A. Front Squat; take 12 minutes to build to a heavy set of 5
B. 7 rounds for time:
7 reps Front squat (155#/105#)
7 Burpee pull-ups
