1 mat length Sandbag Clean & Throw
1 sandbag run to Des Meurons & Back
1 mat length bear crawl

Advanced Class 6AM:
A. 20 minutes steady 70% pace:
1 Muscle Up
2 Turkish Get-up + 2 Windmill per Aarm
3 Handstand Pushups
4 Tire Flips
B. Same as regular class
