I started CrossFit in 2012 and like many others got addicted to the methodology, to the community and to the physical and mental changes I have seen on myself. I complete my L1 CrossFit Trainer certificate in 2015 and the L2 In 2019. Most of all I love following athletes from when they show up on their first class not yet realizing their potential and then helping achieve greatness.

Christian Savard is currently in the process of completing his Exercise Science degree at the University of Winnipeg and has acquired his Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology – Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT). He developed a passion for training during his competitive hockey days and has continued to apply the same work ethic into his training and coaching. Christian applies strength and conditioning principles to the functionality of everyday life movements. He also helps injured athletes learn the fundamentals of strength training and eating better so that they continue to play sports.
Not lifting heavy weights because you think it’s going to make you “bulky” is like saying you don’t want to drive your car because you may turn into a professional NASCAR driver. Changing your mindset and approach to strength training will help you have fun and experience longevity.
With his dedication to health and fitness along with showing others the benefits to strength training, Christian will help you reach your fitness goals or get back into shape so you can continue to do the things that you love.

Joel enjoys running and since he started in High School has run track, road races and in the past 10 years almost exclusively trail races, completing distances up to 120 miles. His most notable finishes include Fat Dog 120, Superior 100, Bighorn 100, Canadian Death Race (125k) and Voyageur 50.
But Joel isn’t just a one-trick pony who runs a lot. For the past 2 years as a Personal Trainer he has continued to grow in his understanding of the human body and how it functions. He loves getting his clients to improve on how their bodies work. Joel believes that moving well and pain-free is important for people at all stages of life. He understands that you are the hero of your own story, and that every hero needs a guide along their journey especially when working through crisis or challenges. I am a Christian man, husband, son, brother, and coach. I am a former professional soccer player from Brazil and love Brazilian steakhouses and coffee. My favorite movements are running and pull-ups. Also, I think that the assault bike is evil.
