time to start thinking about FrostFit 2012! any preferred dates in January?

Every 3 minutes for 30 minutes i.e. 10 rounds, complete the following as quickly as possible.  Rest the remainder of the time.

3 Pull Ups
6 Push Ups
9 Box Jumps 20″ box

Advanced Class:
