A. Cast Wall Walks for 7:00
B. Box Press to Headstand x 10 reps OR 10 x leg lowering drill
C. Handstand Pushup Challenge Ladder: do 2 reps at a time at 30X1, increasing in difficulty on each set. When you get to your max difficulty level rest 1 minute for each “rung” you completed and then work your way back down the ladder. Rest for 1 minute per rung once again at the “bottom”. Rest only 30s b/t difficulty levels. Goal is approximately 40 total reps.
D. Wall extensions 2 x 10 reps
