It’s inspiring to see how much change you can bring about with just 30 days of clean eating. You’ve worked hard and seen the results and CFW would like you to share your experiences. I’d like to invite the participants to send me an email with a short testimonial describing how the challenge has changed your life. Please feel free to include any CrossFit milestones or achievements you’ve made because of the nutrition changes you’ve implemented. Prizes will be awarded based on bodyfat % and/or inches lost, photos and testimonials.
