I would like to take this opportunity to welcome 3 new coaches to the CFW team.  Stefanie, Anna and Colin have been working hard over the past few months getting their CrossFit certification in order and shadowing other CFW coaches in action at the gym.    They all set a great example as athletes and we are very proud to have them on board as leaders in our community.  Each brings different talents and areas of expertise and I’m sure you will get to know them better in the next few months.  Welcome to the team!
