Next Week Thursday is an optional double day for athletes who are training for open qualifiers. Please plan to get 4-6 hours rest minimum between workouts. The “Dungeon” (Room B) will not be available for use 6:00 – 7:00 PM while OnRamp is running, but is otherwise available during regular hours.
