A. In warm-up, Skin the Cats on the rings. One at a time. Make them as slow and as perfect as possible. Roll to candle stick and forward roll to straight jump.

knee to elbow
B. Accumulate 3:00 in Handstand Hold Against Wall; Do 20 Hollow Rocks immediately each time you need to rest or when you lose alignment

3/1 athlete rest day – Dec 30 and Jan 3 are optional double days for all athletes
