C. 21, 15, 9 rep rounds for time:
KB Swings (75#/55#)
Jumping Air Squat
Double Unders

Advanced Class 6AM:
A. Snatch Grip Deadlift @ 41X1; 2-3 reps 5 sets @ 31X1, rest 3 min between sets
B. Single Arm Trap Raise 8-10 reps x 3 sets; rest 90 sec between sets
C. For time:
10 pistols (5 per side)
20 deadlift @60% of 1RM
30 Toes to Bar
40 jumping air squats
50 double unders
