New this week:
* Class Schedule Changes: We have a new Yoga instructor and new Yoga class on Tuesday evenings at 8PM. This class will be in the main gym with tons of room, please bring your mat. We have also added some early morning Barbell Club classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
* Congrats to everyone who registered for the Open!

Monday: Mostly Lower Body, Overhead squat focus + metcon
Tuesday: Mostly Upper body, Vertical pushing & pulling, Overhead Press focus + metcon
Thursday: Oly focus + metcon
Friday: Mostly Upper Body, Horizontal pushing & pulling, dip focus + metcon, Open 14.2 at 6PM
Saturday: Mostly Lower Body, Back Squat focus + metcon
Sunday: Skills, Make-Up or Benchmark, Open 14.2 at 11AM and barbell club afterwards
Monday: Mostly Lower Body, Deadlift focus + metcon
