New this week:
* FrostFit is one week away, please make sure that you get any personal items you may be keeping at the gym before Wednesday, when they will be put in storage. If you are competing, we will post training tips and workout variations for you this week so that you can taper off your training before the competition. You should take at least Friday off, and most athletes will also want to take Thursday so or come in and just work skills and mobility.
* The Open – last year we had over 70 members competing in the CrossFit Games Open, this year we are hoping for 100! Sign up HERE.
* February schedule changes – We are looking to make a few changes to the class schedule, including some powerlifting classes. Stay tuned!
