2 TGU Per side
2 skin the cat
1 gym length inchworm
1 gym length bear crawl
1 gym length OH Plate lunge
1 lap around the gym
C. 2-3 sets:
Bridge rotations 5 reps per side
Calf Stretch 1 min
Kossak lunge 10 reps per side

Fitness:

1 gym length inchworm
1 gym length bear crawl
1 gym length OH Plate lunge
1 lap around the gym
C. 2-3 sets:
Bridge rotations 5 reps per side

Performance:
Double (Power OR Oly + WOD)

Barbell Olympic Weighlifting: 
Nov:
A. Snatch, build to heavy triple
C. Snatch pull, 6 sets of 3
D. Squat, build to heavy triple, then DS 3×3

Int/Adv:
A. Snatch pull, 5 sets of 5
B. Jerk from rack or blocks, build to a heavy single then DS 3×3
C. OH Squat, build to a heavy single, then DS 3×3
