A. Front Squat build to a heavy set of 4, then DS 3×4
B. 4-5 sets:
5 DB Thruster
10 DB Snatch alternating
1 gym lengths sled pull
Rest 5 breaths between movements and 10 breaths between sets
C. 3 sets:
Hawaiian squat to superman squat 10 reps each side
Scorpion 10 reps per side

Fitness:
A. Front Squat build to a heavy set of 4, then DS 3×4
B. AMRAP in 10 min:
2 gym lengths sled pull (3 plates/2 plates)
20 wall ball shots (20/14)
20 DB Snatch (35/25) alternating
C. 3 sets:
Hawaiian squat to superman squat 10 reps each side
Scorpion 10 reps per side

 

Performance:
Single (WOD)
A. Front Squat build to a heavy set of 4, then DS 3×4
B. AMRAP in 10 min:
2 gym lengths sled pull (4 plates/3 plates)
20 wall ball shots
20 single arm DB Snatch alternating (55/35)
C. 3 sets:
Hawaiian squat to superman squat 10 reps each side
Scorpion 10 reps per side
