Sled Pull Heavy 2 gym lengths
B. 5 Rounds of 1.5 min work + 3.5 min rest, every 5 minutes for 25 min:
5 deadlift
10 pushups
Row or AD for max cal in remainder of 90 sec
C. 2 sets:
Good morning 10 reps
Couch Stretch no wall 1 min per side
