Sunday is Funday at CFW!  your choice of Oly barbell club at noon or regular classes in the AM.  For the AM classes, choose from workout you missed from this week’s group classes, or do the benchmark of the week (bonus points for doing all the movements strict!)

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

Mary
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups
