A. 10 minutes skill work on the clean & jerk, then Clean Complex Ladder:
10-12 sets, every 2 minutes for max load:
1 clean pull
1 power Clean
1 full clean
1 push jerk
1 split jerk
Ladies start at 65 and add 10lbs every set. Gents start
at 95 and add 15lbs every set.
C. 5 minutes skipping pracice or 5 min AD or C2 at 65%
D. 5 minutes with foam roller

Fitness & Performance:
