45 double unders
30 Russian KB Swings (55/35)
15 box jumps, step down (20/16)

Health:
A. Snatch skill work, coach’s choice
B. 18 minutes of work at 65%:
8-10 Russian KB Swings
8-10 Russian Step-Ups (total)
1-2 min of skipping practice or Airdyne

Performance:
A. Snatch skill work
B. AMRAP in 18 min:
45 double unders
30 KB Swings Overhead (55/35)
15 box jumps, step down (24/20)

Coach’s Tips

For Part A, we’ll take 15-20 minutes to work on snatch.  If you are new to this movement, the coach will give you some technical work to do in sets of 3 to 5 reps, perhaps some pulls or working from the hang.  If you have more experience with this, go ahead and go heavy for singles, then do some down sets at a lighter weight.  For Part B, we are looking to strategize this workout as if it is a CrossFit Game Open working, meaning we want to maximize reps completed and find a pace that works for you.
