A. 15 minutes to build to a single high box jump, from standing OR 15 minute to find your max TGU on each arm
B. Back Squat 2 reps EMOTM for 10 minutes
C. Accumulate 2 minutes at the bottom of a ring dip but every time you lose positioning, you must do 10 hollow rocks & 10 superman rocks.

400M run repeats x 4 (60%, 70%, 80%, 90%)
