Ascending weights per set
Ladies start at 55 lbs and add 10 lbs every round.
Men start at 75 lbs and add 15 lbs every round. If you are new to CFW you can start lighter and work up in smaller increments.
B. 50 Burpees for time.
For Part A, we are simulating the first event for this weekend’s competition. Take some time to work on your technique with the coach, it would be great to set up a bunch of bars at these weights and do this workout gauntlet style, but there might not be enough time to set this up during class so you can also team up with a partner and load your own bar as you go. For Part B, the type of burpee will be coach’s choice.
