Cognitive Stress.

Good day folks,

I am a huge fan of self reflection and cognitive behavioural therapy. CBT makes you change your perception thus changing your physiology to a state that doesn’t feel like you are about to go to war with the tribe over the hill. Rather, you reframe your perception and change your  physiology to feel like you are about to have a potluck with the tribe over the hill. If you are experience the impending doom feeling for too long you get sick. It is as simple as that. Of course it varies from person to person but mark my words. Perception is a BIG DEAL.
