Coach Jason will be teaching a self-defense workshop this spring. We’ll kick if off with an hour long free introduction on May 29th and then we’ll follow it up with 3 more sessions in June. Details HERE.
New programming started this month. Some of the metcons will be the same if not similar to the workouts we did on week one. This will give you a chance to push harder and beat your previous effort.
Monday: Max effort lower body + benchmark conditioning
Tuesday: Oly + barbell complex
Wednesday: gymnastics + cardio
Thursday: Max effort pull + pulling metcon
Friday: Dynamic lower body + benchmark metcon
Saturday: Max effort upper body + arm burner
Sunday: Bodyweight + GPP
