CFW Weekly Update for June 10, 2018

NEWS

Summer 2018 Schedule Update.  Starting in June we have consolidated our Gymnastics, Kettlebell and Mobility class into a Single Agatsu Class. There are two time slots currently, Thursday 5PM and Saturday 9AM. Thursday will be more gymnastics Strength with Mobility and Saturday will be Kettlebell Strength and Mobility.

PROGRAMMING

New 6-week strength program starting this week.  Some twists on familiar movements have been added in to mix things up, as well as some different rep schemes.  Remember the goal is always progression, to build on what you’ve done previously.  Remember to come by Friday at 7pm for Dominic Drouin’s sendoff WOD!

Monday: Max effort upper body + shoulder complex

Tuesday: Max effort lower body + Adrian’s birthday WOD

Wednesday: gymnastics + cardio

Thursday: Max effort pull + metcon

Friday: Oly + Dom’s sendoff WOD

Saturday: Dynamic effort lower body + metcon

Sunday: Full body + cardio
