This week we transition our strength work to more bilateral barbell work and we continue our gymnastics progressions. Check out detailed programming and coaches’ notes below for all programming streams including Oly and Powerlifting.
Monday: Mostly Lower body, squat + gymnastics
Tuesday: Mostly Upper body, horizontal pulling and pushing, dip/pushup focus + partner metcon
Wednesday: Mobility, stability & conditioning
Thursday: Mostly Lower Body, deadlift focus + interval metcon
Friday: Mostly Upper Body, vertical pressing & pulling + metcon
Saturday: Mostly Lower body, squat focus + partner metcon
Sunday: Benchmark Girl WOD
