This 6-week challenge is designed too help you make lasting, meaningful changes to your nutrition and lifestyle so that you can lean out, improve performance and boost your mood. This year we are giving you two options for the challenge, for $120, you can go all in for a chance to win a big cash prize, and to use state-of-the-art technology to measure your bodyfat before and after, or for just $30 you can still participate in the seminar and daily challenges including the Facebook group, but opt out of the Inbody scan.
