CFW Weekly Update for February 25, 2018


The Open started this weekend, and it’s not too late to join in the fun! You have until Monday morning to do your workout and hand in a scorecard so that we can tabulate AM vs PM scores. The main event is on Friday nights for the next four weeks, and the make up session runs during the Sunday morning CrossFit classes. If you cannot do the workout at one of those times, it’s your responsibility to find a judge to score your workout as coaches will not be able to leave their class to judge an individual workout. Feel free to post on your team’s facebook page or the members only facebook group. This is one of our best community events of the year! Our max effort day will be on Monday this week, with a benchmark conditioning workout on Tuesday and or lower body dynamic effort during the day if you are not doing the open. Our other testing day will be on Wednesday, and Tuesday and Thursday will be more about skills and recovery.

Monday: Testing – Max Effort Lower Body + benchmark conditioning workout

Tuesday: Training & Testing – Oly skills & benchmark conditioning workout

Wednesday: Training  – Upper Body Strength & Conditioning

Thursday: Practice & Training – Dynamic Effort Lower Body + Conditioning

Friday: Testing – KB Strength + Benchmark Workout  (Friday night is the Open 18.1 workout)

Saturday: Training – GPP

Sunday: Your chance to make up 18.2
