CFW Weekly Update for February 18th, 2018


The Open starts this week, and it’s not too late to join in the fun! This is one of our best community events of the year! If you haven’t participated in the Open, this is one you don’t want to miss. Check out the details HERE.

Reminder that this Monday, February 19th is Louis Riel day. There will be no regularly scheduled classes however, we are hosting a special edition team workout at 2pm, lead by Coach Terry Hadlow.  Should be a fun one!


Our max effort/testing days will be on Friday this week, with the Open workout in the evening, or lower body max effort during the day if you are not doing the open. Our other testing day will be on Wednesday, and Tuesday and Thursday will be more about skills and recovery.

Monday: Team workout

Tuesday: Practice & Training – Oly skills & conditioning

Wednesday: Testing  – Gymnastics testing + Conditioning Workout

Thursday: Practice & Training – Gymnastics skills

Friday: Testing & Training – Lower Body Max Effort + Benchmark Workout  (Friday night is the Open 18.1 workout)

Saturday: Training – GPP

Sunday: Your chance to make up 18.1
