Today was Megan’s last day at CrossFit Winnipeg and we’d like to take a moment to thank her for her years of coaching and everything she has contributed to our community. We’ve heard your feedback and have made some updates to the class schedule for January, starting this week. Keep in mind that there are no regular CrossFit classes on New Year’s day but Coach Justin will be leading us through a team workout at 3PM.
- The Agatsu Kettlebell Class on Fridays has been moved from 10am to 12 noon.
- The Saturday Agatsu Mobility and Kettlebell classes have switched time slots, which means that Mobility will be at 10AM and Kettlebell at 11AM.
- The 7AM class is cancelled for the time being. We’ll consider adding it back in if the demand changes over the seasons.
- The Noon CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting class on Sundays will be extended to 90 minutes.
Monday: Team Workout at 3PM
Tuesday: Training/Testing – Full Body GPP Longer Conditioning Benchmark
Wednesday: Training – Upper Body
Thursday: Practice – Weightlifting practice & GPP
Friday: Training – Dynamic Effort Lower Body + Testing Benchmark Conditioning Workout
Saturday: Longer Benchmark Workout – “2017”
Sunday: Make up a workout you missed or do the Sunday Strength & Conditioning WOD.
